A proud San Diegan with German and Native American ancestry. Someone who doesn’t mind riding a wave or two, loves exploring the world, and has a mean shaka! Making intuitive, visual solutions that help solve big problems is what drives me. This involves asking the right questions, to determine the right direction for UX and Product Design. What Sets Me Apart?
If surfing has taught me anything it is that you need to be patient, flexible, and open-minded. No matter how much you want to catch that perfect wave sometimes it just isn't on the horizon. However, if you work hard and constantly improve your skills through trial and error, when that wave eventually comes you will be ready to make the most of it and come away with a life-changing experience.
I bring the same attitude to UX and UI Design. I work hard to build my skills and learn new ways to improve usability and flow so that when a challenge arises, I can tackle it with confidence. I constantly test my designs and ask questions so I can stay open-minded and focused on what the user wants. And finally, I get to know my users empathetically so that when I create a design, I create one that brings them a life-changing experience.
